Although we are confident you will be happy with your item(s) if for any reason you should wish to return your item(s) to us for an exchange, please do so within 14 days of receipt.
We do not offer refunds but are happy to exchange your item.
Please return the goods unworn, with the original tags still attached with your full details for an exchange. We will not take responsibility for goods that go missing in the post so please send all returns by registered delivery.
Please include £3.99 for p&p. Please note that we do not refund delivery costs unless we have sent you the wrong item or damaged goods.

While we make every effort to make sure your parcel arrives within the time-frame given (3-7 working days in the U.K.) and in the best condition possible. However, we realise accidents do happen, so any goods that arrive damaged should be reported to us within 2 working days. Please ensure you contact us before returning damaged goods.
